Jackie Chan stars in this Mandarin-language action thriller written and directed by Larry Yang. When the Macau police are outmanoeuvred by an elite heist crew, they bring in retired surveillance expert Wong Tak-chong (Chan) for help. He assembles a team including He Qiuguo (Zhang Zifeng) with the goal of catching the elusive mastermind behind this heist and many others: Fu Longsheng (Tony Leung Ka Fai), also known as the Shadow.

However, despite dissension within the Shadow's crew, he remains a formidable opponent... The cast also includes Ci Sha, Lang Yueting and Wang Ziyi.
