Steve Carver directs this American action drama starring Chuck Norris and David Carradine. Texas Ranger JJ McQuade (Norris) reluctantly teams up with Texas State Trooper Kayo Ramos (Robert Beltran) to help track down a convoy of stolen army trucks after McQuade's daughter Sally (Dana Kimmell) is injured in the hijacking. On the way, he meets Lola (Barbara Carrera), a widow living on a nearby ranch who might just hold the key to helping McQuade and Ramos hunt down rogue arms dealer Rawley Wilkes (Carradine).
