In this 20-part ITV series, James Martin journeys through France to the locations that inspired his career and pays homage to his culinary hero Keith Floyd. At the wheel of Floyd's very own Citroen 2CV, James travels the length and breadth of the country, sampling the very best food that France has to offer. Along the way he cooks seafood in Marseille, shops the colourful Provencal markets and cooks with legendary chefs including Michel Roux and Pierre Gagnaire. James explores the vineyards of Burgundy and samples 'one or two' glasses of wine along the way.
