Tim Robbins stars in this drama directed by Adrian Lyne. After returning home from serving in the Vietnam War, Jacob Singer (Robbins) is plagued by bizarre and violent hallucinations involving his old family and his time fighting in Vietnam. Realising that the other surviving members of his platoon are similarly affected, he attempts to uncover the truth about what happened to them all but as the line between past and present and real and unreal begins to blur, he risks losing himself completely.

The cast also includes Elizabeth Peña, Danny Aiello and Patricia Kalember.
