Japanese punk action comedy written and directed by Sogo Ishii. Dragon Eye Morrison (Tadanobu Asano) and Thunderbolt Buddha (Masatoshi Nagase) both have the ability to channel and conduct electricity. Believing the world is only big enough for one supercharged human, Thunderbolt Buddha challenges Dragon Eye Morrison to a battle.
