Heavy in the Day is the second album from the Farnham, Surrey-formed emo-tinged indie quartet, Canterbury. It follows their 2009 debut, Thank You, which was released as a free download and reached over 40,000 people, in turn, establishing a loyal fanbase for the group. The singles, "Saviour", "More Than Know", "Ready Yet?" and "Calm Down" are all included.
