1990s action sequel starring Eddie Murphy and Nick Nolte. San Francisco cop Jack Cates (Nolte) is reluctantly forced to once again spring con Reggie Hammond (Murphy) from jail when a drug baron known as the Iceman decides that he wants Reggie dead.
